Which payment options are available?

Currently you may pay securely using PayPal or your credit card (if you do not have a PayPal account). We also offer BACS direct deposit for UK and EU/EAA customers. At checkout you may decide which option your prefer. If you select Paypal, once you click submit you will be redirected to PayPal to complete payments securely. We never see any of your payment details. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still make a payment by entering your credit card details through PayPal by clicking “No PayPal account? Pay using your credit or debit card”

For payment by BACS, once you have clicked ‘submit’ you will be provided with all the details you require to make the bank transfer. Your order will be on hold until payment is received by us.

When will my items be despatched?

For products that are made to order, production commences once an order has been placed and can take 1-3 days. Almost 100% of our products are shipped within 2 days. Other products will normally be despatched within 24 hours.

When will I get my order?

UK delivery normally takes 3-5 days, except for products mades to order which can take 10-15 days as the product may be shipped directly from the USA. Worldwide delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks. Some items may be shipped separately to make sure your order arrives as soon as possible.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

Sometimes emails are redirected to your SPAM folder. If you still can’t find our confirmation email, double check on your account page that your email is correct (under Account Details in the menu on the left). If your email is correct, yet you still didn’t receive confirmation, please contact us using the contact form.

I didn’t receive all my items

Some items are packed separately. This is because products may be produced in different locations (UK, EU, USA). If you don’t receive all of your order in one parcel, you can be assured the other items will arrive very soon.

How much is shipping?

Our products with custom designs are manufactured either in the UK, EU, or USA depending on the product.

Unfortunately it is not possible to offer a simple shipping price table. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the product mix and destination, The actual price for shipping is shown in your shopping basket – just add to your basket the products you are interested in to see the actual shipping costs. You can add a country and locality to calculate specific shipping costs for the products and the destination country. We do our best to offer the most economical shipping methods even with numerous items and combinations of items.

Very often we offer FREE shipping for many of our products.

Do you provide international shipping?

Yes we do, to most destinations.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

For some products, yes we do. If tracked shipping is available, there will be an option in your shopping basket. If you select tracking, you will receive the tracking information by email as soon as your product is despatched.

How do I return something?
